    Dialogue 1
Alex and his wife, Lily, are at a seafood market.
Lily: Buying seafood at a seafood market is the best way to go.
Alex: That's so true. Everything here is so fresh. Look! Several fishermen are bringing in their catch right now!
Lily: I want to make seafood pasta tonight for dinner, so let's get some crab, some shrimp and some prawns, and a lobster.
Alex: What else should we get?
Lily: Let's also get some clams, some mussels, and some scallops.
Alex: I would like to get some calamari and some salmon. They will add great flavor to the pasta sauce.
Lily: Should we get any abalone?
Alex: No way! It's out of season. Look at how expensive it is. Besides, I don't really like the flavor of abalone.
Lily: Let's get a couple of cod fillets for tomorrow night and then head home so we can start cooking!
    Dialogue 2
It is the next day, and Alex and Lily are trying to decide how to cook their cod fillets.
Alex: I'm starving! Let's start cooking dinner.
Lily: How do you want to cook our cod fillets?
Alex: We could broil them, bake them, fry them, or deep-fry them.
Lily: I say we fry them in a white wine and butter sauce. When the fillets are done cooking, all we have to do is squeeze a little lemon juice on top and they will be ready to eat.
Alex I almost forgot that we could bake them. My mom gave me a great recipe last year for baked cod.
Lily: Let's do that another day. All this talk of food is making me hungry. I don't want to wait a long time.
Alex: Oh, look! We still have some leftover prawns. We can fry them up with the cod fillets.
Lily: I don't know which dinner will be more delicious--tonight's dinner or last night's dinner.
