up to one's . . . 的句型可以用來形容「滿到喘不過氣來」的樣子，有趣的是，up to one's 之後除了可接上面提到的 eyeballs（眼球）和 armpits（腋窩）之外，也可以用其他身體部位來代替，比方說 eyes、ears、chin 或是 neck，原則上臉部以上的器官都可以，指工作已經滿到跟頭一樣高了，至於滿到什麼程度就看個人喜好來決定囉！
