  在說 I've had it up to here. 的時候，通常會將一隻手舉到額頭高的位置，表示忍耐的極限已經滿到了額頭，再忍下去就會爆炸了。當然如果要加強戲劇效果，也可以把手舉到超過頭的位置，表示此事早就超過你能接受的範圍了。
