這句話也是有名的廣告詞，常用來鼓勵別人想到什麼就去做，不要因為考慮太多而停滯不前。

put off 有「延遲；耽擱」的意思，十四世紀英國作家喬叟（Geoffrey Chaucer）他在的著作 Tale of Melibee 裡，用了 never put off until tomorrow what you can do today，從此這個諺語就被廣泛使用至今。

光用看的是沒辦法把事情做完的。
