  用於詢問在某個情形下某處是否疼痛，某處通常是指身體部位。

  如果你往左邊看，脖子會不會痛？

  他舉重物的時候，背還會痛嗎？

hurt、injure、wound 和 damage 都可指受傷，但有何差別呢？
• hurt, injure—用於因意外、天災等造成的身體損傷，injure 較 hurt 嚴重且正式。
• wound—主要用於因器械，如刀、槍等造成的傷害。
• damage—主要用於指物品的損傷，有時也可指造成身體外傷。

請人別把某事放在心上；不要緊，這裡的 mind 是引用 care about something 的意思。

  你要跟我說什麼？

  別在意。不是很重要。

  sweat 除了指「汗」之外，也有「焦躁；不安」的意思。所以 don't sweat it 就是「別緊張；不要擔心」的意思，是六○年代非常流行的口語。
