簡報或會議即將結束時的結語可以這麼說：
•We're about out of time . . .
•That should wrap it up . . .
•So that about ends the meeting . . .
•I think we're through for the day . . .

之後也可再詢問與會者是否還有任何問題，這時可以說：
•(Is there) Anything else?

表示事情不嚴重，並不需要勞師動眾。
   
What's the big deal? It's only one little piece that got broken. No one will notice.
  有什麼好大驚小怪的？只是一小片被打破而已。沒有人會注意到的。

  我不敢相信你竟然遲到了。
   
B: What's the big deal? The traffic was bad. It could have happened to anyone.
  有什麼好大驚小怪的？塞車啊。誰都會遇到這種事的。

big deal 隨語氣的不同，就會有截然不同的意思。通常 big deal 指「非常重要的人事物」，可是當加入反諷的語氣時，指的可是某人事物「沒什麼了不起」喔。

  gra（或拼作 grat）、gre 表示「恩惠；感謝；愉悅」，像 grace 原指「恩典；善意；感謝」，十五世紀中才出現「美德」的意思。另外，也可從 grateful（感謝的）看出此字根的意思。

Burping in front of the Queen of England would be a disgrace.
  在英國女王面前打嗝會很失禮。
   
  grateful　 adj.　感激的；表示感謝的
I was grateful that Judy brought more food for the party.
  我很感謝茱蒂為派對帶來更多食物。
   
  gratitude　 n.　感激；感謝
To show their gratitude, the couple donated millions to the university.
  那對夫妻為了表示感謝，捐了好幾百萬給那間大學。
